battery operated darkroom safety lights...problem sourcing

i have ordered a nova safelight torch from here

ok- so really didn't think i would be having the trouble that i am sourcing battery operated safety lights- have found the safelight torch above and will see if its bright enough, would work ok in my set up- could it be suspended, or would the fact it has to be hand held add to the intimacy of the exchange?

does anyone know where i could get a battery operated safety light or, failing that i could look at using red gels over a push light i have? i really want to maintain the low tech, shed technology and not have to resort to running outdoor sockets to the shed
